All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once a service has been booked, started, or completed.

1. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
2. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited
3. Remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment
4. No refunds due to dissatisfaction after service is completed
5. No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or same-day cancellations
6. Hair products and add-on services are non-refundable

If you have any concerns during your service, please let your stylist know before the service is completed so adjustments can be made.
